Only one mile from the Three Forks intersection, this comfortable and spacious two bedroom one bath condo is perfectly located for your family get away. This condo boasts a full kitchen with dishes, utensils, and appliances as well as two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen and twin bed. In the living room there is a very nice queen pull out sofa to accommodate up to seven people total. There is also a one car attached garage with laundry and outside you will find a fire pit, gas grill, and picnic table. Very comfortable linens and towels are provided.The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and some appliances.

We are conveniently located only two miles from Hill City which has a grocery store, hardware store, many great restaurants and shops, and a dollar store. Walmart and Target are only a 25 minute drive into Rapid City.
