This condo boasts a full kitchen with dishes, utensils, and appliances as well as three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen, and the last with a twin bed. In the living room there is a very nice queen pull out sofa to accommodate up to seven people total. PLEASE NOTE- The photos show multiple beds in each room, however, there is only one bed in each room. There is also a one car attached garage with laundry and outside you will find a fire pit, gas grill, and picnic table. Very comfortable linens and towels are provided.The kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils, and some minor appliances.
We are conveniently located only two miles from Hill City which has a grocery store, hardware store, many great restaurants and shops, and a dollar store. Walmart and Target are only a 25 minute drive into Rapid City. The most popular attractions the Black Hills has to offer including Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, Wind and Jewel caves, and many more are all close and easy to access.We can help you get to any where in the Black Hills quickly so you can take in as much of the beauty of the area as possible and create memories that will last a life time.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $35.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $35.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
